DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing collection activities associated with past due accounts
Review problem accounts, determine probable reasons for account status and contact customers to resolve.
Utilize various techniques, as circumstances indicate, to promptly collect on problem accounts.

EQUIPMENT AND PROGRAMS USED

Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equiptment including calculator, copy machine, printer, credit bureau terminal, telphone and fax machine.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations
Understanding of Bank loan products and policies
Familiar with default and enforcement clauses.
Basic understanding of Small Claims Court system
Previous collection experience with full service financial institution helpful.
Accuracy and thoroughness in work
Excellent communication, telephone and public relations skills
Ability to work well independently
Ability to work well in stressful situations

EDUCATION

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework a plus.

Monday-Friday 3:00-8:00pm
